Dosage

Warnings

• Avoid using in pregnancy and lactation
• Ginkgo may affect various cytochrome P450 enzymes, therefore affecting medications metabolised by these enzymes
• Ginkgo leaf extract seems to alter insulin secretion and metabolism, and might affect blood glucose levels in people with type 2 diabetes; the effect of ginkgo seems to differ depending on the insulin and treatment status of the patient
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
